Pitched Roof Renewal

Should you choose Allfix Roofing and Building Ltd for your pitched roof renewal, we aim to make the experience as seamless as possible.

We begin by erecting scaffolding with our team of professional scaffolders and arrange any necessary permits.
We then ensure that skips and materials are delivered promptly, so there’s no delay in getting started.

From stripping off the old tiles, battens, and underfelt, to installing new breathable membranes and treated timber battens, we keep your property watertight throughout the process, even in unpredictable weather.

Dry Ridge System

Once your roof has been stripped, we begin installing over-fascia vents, valley trays, and soaker trays to ensure the best ventilation and water drainage.
Our team meticulously installs every tile, including cutting verge and valley tiles, to ensure a perfect fit.

To meet modern building regulations and improve ventilation, we use a dry ridge system combined with over-fascia vents, helping to prevent dampness in the loft.
If a dry ridge system isn’t feasible, we use tile vents that blend seamlessly with your new roof.

Keeping You Updated

At every stage, we take photos to keep you updated and provide full transparency on the work completed.
Once the job is done, we clean up the site, leaving it tidy and ready for scaffold removal.
With Allfix Roofing And Building Ltd, you’re guaranteed a top-quality pitched roof that not only looks great but is built to last.

Velux Window
Installations

If you’re considering adding Velux windows, we’ve got you covered. Velux windows are a fantastic way to bring natural light and fresh air into your home, and we specialise in both new installations and renewals.
Our experienced team will install your Velux windows with precision, ensuring they are watertight and perfectly aligned to your roof’s profile.

Whether you need a simple roof repair, full pitched roof renewal or a Velux window installation, you can trust All Fix Roofing to deliver high-quality results every time.

All Fix Roofing came highly recommended, and they didn’t disappoint. They renewed our entire pitched roof and added Velux windows for extra light. The new dry ridge system they installed is great for ventilation, and it was clear they know their stuff when it comes to roofing. Very happy with the work and service!

I recently had All Fix Roofing install Velux windows in my loft. They did an excellent job, and the windows look amazing! The team was punctual, professional, and left everything clean after they finished. I was worried about the project being disruptive, but they made the whole process really smooth. Highly recommend them!
